Gregg I. Adelman is a principal of the firm and a member of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development Department. Gregg concentrates his practice in the areas of zoning, land use, and development of commercial, residential and industrial real estate in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Gregg represents a broad range of national, regional and local developers. He has appeared before hundreds of municipalities in over 20 different counties on behalf of private landowners and developers obtaining approvals, entitlements and enforcing private property rights. His practice also includes environmental matters involving stormwater, water, wastewater, wetlands, floodplains, endangered species, woodlands and steep slopes. In addition, Gregg has substantial experience litigating real estate appeals and civil actions before the courts and state administrative agencies. He has been recognized on an annual basis as one of Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers and Rising Stars since 2007 and was also named as a “Best Lawyers in America” in 2019. Gregg is actively engaged in his local community by currently serving as President of the Board of Trustees of the Ludington Library in Lower Merion Township.
