Stein has been appointed by the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, to serve as a District Two Hearing Committee Member for a three-year term. Attorneys selected to serve as Hearing Committee Members come from a distinguished group of practitioners in their respective districts. Hearing Committee Members review the recommended disposition of complaints prepared by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, conduct disciplinary and reinstatement hearings, and prepare reports and recommendations to the Board following hearings.
