Neil Andrew Stein, Esquire, a co-founder and principal of the regional law firm of Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein, P.C. in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, recently completed two speaking engagements. Mr. Stein represents real estate owners and developers in land use, transactional, financing and real estate litigation matters.
Mr. Stein participated as a moderator and speaker at the 2nd Annual PA Office and Industrial Development Conference, presented by the MidAtlantic Real Estate Journal and held at the Courtyard Marriott in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The conference brings together commercial real estate leaders and authorities to discuss current trends in the commercial real estate market.
On April 15, 2019, Mr. Stein was a speaker at the Advanced Real Estate Transactions Seminar, presented by the National Business Institute and held at the Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
