Kaplin Stewart has decided to close its physical offices in the hopes of containing the threats posed by COVID-19. We took this step not because anyone in our offices has contracted the virus but in an abundance of caution to protect you, our clients, as well as our employees. While our physical plant may be closed, we remain ready, willing and able to provide the same high quality legal services that we strive to provide every day. The vast majority of our attorneys and staff are equipped to work remotely to meet all transactional and litigation deadlines, whether pending or in the future. We are able to communicate with you, opposing counsel and the Courts by telephone, email, and video conferencing. We are still only a phone call and email away at any time, as in the past. We encourage you to consult with us as you would any day in this new normal. As always, we wish you and your loved ones to remain healthy and safe in these challenging times.
