Part-Time Driver/Courier to work on an as-needed basis. Driver will transport firm personnel and/or clients. Driver will deliver legal documents and files. Majority of trips will originate in Blue Bell, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Non-exempt hourly employee. Essential Functions: Transports attorney(s) and/or clients to various township buildings, courthouses, airports, etc. Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays. Use navigation tools to determine best route Interact with passengers professionally at all times Maintain trip and mileage records.

Skills and Qualifications: A valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience to perform the job safely Time management and organizational skills to maintain trip records.

Work Environment: Driver will operate various vehicles owned by either the law firm and/or the law firm’s employees. Driver may be asked to utilize their own vehicle. The majority of the work will be starting in the early evening and may continue until the early mornings. This is an on-call position. There will be instances where driver will be booked and then canceled. There will be a minimum payment for canceled trips.

Physical Demands: Driver must be able to sit in car for extended periods for longer trips or while waiting for passengers to complete their work. Must be able to lift, load, and unload trial bags, boxes up to 50 pounds and deliver them to destination.
