Julie Bernstein joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development Department in 2022.  Her practice focuses on land use, land development, and zoning of commercial, public, and residential real estate. 

Prior to joining the firm, Julie was a litigator in New York, where she primarily represented real estate owners and developers in construction and real estate related disputes.  She also has a background in design.  Prior to law school, she worked for a design firm where she created renderings and perspectives for residential building renovations, prepared design and subcontractor contracts, oversaw and managed contractor workflow, and prepared RFPs in response to government and institutional bids.
