David focuses his practice on real estate transactional work, assisting, counseling and supporting private companies and individuals with the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of real estate.

With more than 20 years of experience, including as in-house counsel to a diversified Pennsylvania real estate developer and as a small business owner, David brings significant practical knowledge to help clients navigate real estate transactions in a cost-effective, efficient approach.

His real estate transactional experience includes drafting and negotiating (1) retail, industrial and office space leases for both landlords and tenants in stand-alone space and within retail centers and office parks, (2) purchase and sale agreements for both sellers and buyers for the sale and acquisition of shopping centers, multi-family apartment buildings, self-storage centers, office and flex buildings, vacant developable ground and other commercial real estate, (3) construction agreements for contractors and owners of property, (4) financing documents for commercial real estate financing, construction financing and other financing for both borrowers and lenders, and (5) deeds, easements, licenses, service contracts and other miscellaneous real estate documents for national and regional clients.
