Dan Yosipovitch joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development Department in 2023. His practice focuses on land use, land development, and zoning of commercial, public, and residential real estate.

Before joining Kaplin Stewart, Dan worked as a civil defense litigator in Philadelphia. During law school, Dan served as a judicial intern for Judge Roxanne Covington in the Court of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and Judge Thomas Logue in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals of Florida. Dan also served as President of Temple’s Jewish Law Students Association. He received his B.A. in Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies from Penn State University, Schreyer Honors College.
