Robert A. Bacine is Of Counsel of the firm and a member of the Estate Planning Department. Bob is an accomplished estate planning attorney with extensive experience in all types of estate administration.  He has concentrated his areas of practice in estate planning, estate administration, representation of small business owners and professionals in all corporate matters, business succession planning, employee benefits, and general taxation. 

Bob has been a member of the Montgomery Bar Association since 1970, having served on its Board of Directors. Bob recently completed his second 3-year term as a Trustee of the Montgomery Bar Foundation and served as its Treasurer. Bob was co-founder of the Montgomery Bar Association Probate and Tax Section and served as its Chairman. Bob served as President of the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council.

Bob has been a member of the Whitemarsh Township (Montgomery County, Pennsylvania) Zoning Hearing Board for over 35 years. 

Bob recently retired from serving on the Board of Trustees of the Valley Forge Military Academy Foundation. He served as Vice Chairman of the Board for many years.

Bob has been active in Rotary. 

In addition, Bob served in the United States Army Reserve.
