Marc A. Snyder is a principal of the firm and a member of the Real Estate Transactions and Corporate Law & Business Planning Departments.

Marc represents buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, developers and investors, and lenders throughout the country. A significant portion of his practice focuses on retail, office and industrial leasing, sales and acquisitions of all types of commercial and residential projects, creating and documenting condominiums and planned communities, preparing partnership and other joint venture agreements, and negotiating financing transactions.

In addition to his real estate practice, Marc represents closely-held businesses in their day-to-day business operations. This includes helping clients raise capital through private placements and handling all SEC and related Blue Sky filings. Marc advises clients on various contract-related issues and assists them in finding practical solutions to their legal problems. He understands the importance of considering various factors when providing legal advice. Whether the issue at hand involves management of employees, marketing of the company’s goods and services, accounting matters, tax consequences or other business functions, he is always considering the effects that each decision may have on the bigger picture for the company.

Marc built his practice by listening to client needs, being efficient without compromising quality, and developing long-lasting relationships based on trust and integrity.
