Kristen has more than 18 years of experience supporting attorneys in construction litigation, commercial and business litigation, real estate, intellectual property, and appeals.  She has assisted attorneys in all aspects of litigation and civil procedure in State and Federal Jurisdictions throughout the United States (NY, NJ, PA, CT, FL, GA, CA, IL, and NV), as well as in arbitration and mediation settings. Her knowledge spans matters involving high-volume and document-intensive records, leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Before joining the firm, Kristen served as the lead paralegal on various complex commercial litigation and construction-related matters from inception to trial, including trial preparation and attendance, fact and evidence collection, assisting in the coordination of defensible ESI workflows, overseeing document preservation, and supporting large-scale review and production efforts. 

Kristen has attended numerous national eDiscovery seminars, including Relativity Fest (2021 and 2022) and the UF eDiscovery Conference (2023 and 2024).

Kristen obtained her paralegal certificate from the Florida Bar in 2017. She also earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Florida International University, with a minor in psychology, in 2015.
