Gabriel Boni is an Associate and member of the Real Estate Transactions and Corporate Law & Business Planning Departments. Gabe’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, particularly commercial and retail leasing, acquisitions, financings, and dispositions of real property. He represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers.
Prior to joining Kaplin Stewart in 2024, Gabe worked for Blank Rome, where he performed property-level due diligence, coordinated the purchase of title insurance, and drafted mortgages, loan agreements, and other corporate agreements ancillary to commercial loan transactions.
