Matt represents clients in land use, construction, and commercial disputes. These clients range from small, individually owned companies to publicly held utility-service companies. Matt has first-chaired a number of trials and arbitration and has represented clients in state and federal courts as well as in private arbitrations and administrative hearings. Matt prides himself in helping clients overcome hurdles to their success.

Matt also advises companies and institutions on labor and employment matters. He has represented employers before courts and administrative agencies. He also has experience assisting employers with union representation matters, collective bargaining, arbitrations, unfair-labor-practice proceedings, ERISA, and OSHA issues. Matt advises clients on best-employment procedures and practices, restrictive covenants, discrimination claims, and federal regulations such as the Clery and National Labor Relations Acts.

Matt started his career at a prominent Philadelphia law firm where he was part of a team that defended the directors and executives of a large publicly-listed media company against criminal and civil charges involving financial fraud.

Matt is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Matt has been coaching basketball for Our Mother of Consolations Catholic Youth Organization as well as another program, Urban Youth Kings and Queens.
