Marc L. Pitts is an Associate in Kaplin Stewart’s Business & Corporate Law and Real Estate Transactional Departments. Marc represents public and private companies in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, reorganizations, entity formations, and day‑to‑day business operations. His practice also includes advising clients on governance, compliance, commercial contracting, and strategic transactional initiatives.

Before joining Kaplin Stewart, Marc served as corporate counsel for a national public company headquartered in Blue Bell, PA, where he advised internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and the Board, on complex legal and business issues. He also practiced at a full‑service Philadelphia, PA based law firm, representing buyers, sellers, investors, and emerging companies in middle‑market transactions and general corporate matters.

Marc’s combined experience in both private practice and in‑house roles gives him a practical, business‑aligned perspective that allows him to deliver efficient, solutions‑driven legal services and advice. He is skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial and transactional agreements, managing due diligence and deal execution, and providing clear, actionable guidance tailored to each client’s strategic objectives.
