Kristen Shepherd is a paralegal in the Land Use, Zoning, and Development Department. Kristen has been with Kaplin Stewart’s Land Use Department for over 20 years. Her experience includes drafting and preparing Zoning and Conditional Use Applications, Right to Know requests, Legal Notices for advertising, and pleadings in both State and Appellate Courts. Kristen also performs property record research and records Deeds, Easements, Plans, and Agreements in various counties across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
