Daniel Zachariah is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. Daniel’s practice primarily involves commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
Daniel has represented individuals, businesses, and employers in various lawsuits, disputes, and transactional matters.
During his undergraduate studies and graduate studies, Daniel served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Judge Scott DiClaudio in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Daniel also has significant criminal law experience, having served at the Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office, the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office, the Defender Association of Philadelphia. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel spent years practicing personal injury plaintiff’s work, personal injury defense, premise liability, and products liability matters.
Daniel is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Practice Areas
Daniel spends his free time with his family, reading, and boxing. Daniel enjoys volunteering at his church and event planning. Daniel volunteers at church and homeless shelters.
