Sarah Marbach is a paralegal in the firm’s Estates and Trusts Department. She is responsible for handling a wide variety of matters in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law, guardianships, probate litigation and special needs planning. In these areas, she assists in the preparation of a variety of documents relating to wills, trusts, healthcare directives, powers of attorney and asset protection plans as well as communications necessary to properly administer estates. She routinely assists in the submission of pleadings and other court filings. Sarah further coordinates communications among financial institutions, government agencies and the judiciary to ensure the smooth representation of our clients in planning, administration and litigation. She consistently establishes a hands-on relationship with our clients, striving to make them feel welcome and comfortable, especially when they are confronting stressful and challenging moments in their lives.
Prior to joining Kaplin Stewart, Sarah has focused her career in the above areas of practice for over twenty years at firms including Capehart & Scatchard and the Begley Law Group.
In her personal time, Sarah enjoys landscaping, gardening and having fun with her five grandchildren.
