Sandhya M. Feltes is a principal of the firm and a member of the Construction Law and Commercial Litigation Departments. Ms. Feltes focuses her practice on lender liability, bank litigation and creditors' rights. She represents lenders, national and state chartered banks, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers in federal and state lender liability claims, including claims under TILA, HOEPA, ECOA and the UDAP. She has extensive experience in Bankruptcy litigation to enforce the rights of lenders as secured or unsecured creditors.

Ms. Feltes also handles a variety of construction and suretyship disputes including the litigation of performance and payment bond claims; claims under the federal and state Miller Acts; the enforcement of rights and remedies under indemnity agreements; the negotiation and drafting of completion and takeover agreements; providing counsel and advice to surety companies and contractors in drafting agreements; and handling a wide range of complex bond claim and indemnity issues.
