Pamela Tobin concentrates her practice in land use litigation representing owners and developers in state and federal court. She assists owners and developers to secure their rights to use and develop their property in accordance with local zoning laws and the Constitution. Ms. Tobin has handled complex litigation for both institutional and individual clients for over thirteen years. Ms. Tobin has, for example, prosecuted a breach of construction case on behalf of a contractor; helped recover damages for an insurance company in a fraud action; defended directors of a failed savings and loan in a breach of fiduciary duty case and defended attorneys, accountants and architects in professional malpractice actions.
In addition, Ms. Tobin advises clients on ways to avoid liability. She helped a design professional enforce a limitation of liability clause before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Valhal v. Sullivan Associates.
