Lisa A. Buckalew is an Associate in the firm's Blue Bell Pennsylvania and Cherry Hill New Jersey offices. Ms. Buckalew practices commercial and real estate litigation, with a focus on construction law, mortgage foreclosures, tax liens foreclosures, land use and landlord-tenant matters. Ms. Buckalew is also experienced at insurance defense litigation. She currently represents and counsels clients in state and federal court matters at the trial court and appellate court levels. She has also successfully petitioned cases to the New Jersey Supreme Court. Previously, Ms. Buckalew served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Yolanda Ciccone, J.S.C. and the Honorable Phillip L. Paley, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County.
