Karin Corbett is a litigator whose practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, from the commencement of the action through discovery, trial, post-trial motions, appellate practice and the enforcement of judgments. 

Ms. Corbett's practice is primarily concentrated in construction and real estate litigation including matters arising from contract claims, mechanics liens, construction related statutes, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, title disputes, surety bonds, construction site accidents, foreclosure, land use matters, municipal law, residential and commercial leases, fair housing matters and property management.

Ms. Corbett is also an accomplished equestrian and has developed a niche practice in equine law in which she represents professional equestrians and Olympians, horse owners, products companies and other equine business in corporate and litigation matters.

Ms. Corbett is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.  Ms. Corbett is a contributor to the firm's construction law blog.
