Dirk M. Simpson's practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, taxation, corporate and partnership law and tax-exempt entity formation and operations.  He also regularly handles Orphans' Court litigation matters.

Drawing upon his prior experience as a tax advisor at the Bryn Mawr Trust Company's family office and his Masters of Law in Taxation degree, Mr. Simpson counsels on the tax implications of business and personal transactions.

Mr. Simpson regularly speaks on estate planning and estate administration topics to various business and professional associations.  He has been a guest speaker on estate planning topics on local and nationally-syndicated radio programs, such as Daybreak USA (USA Network) and Sirius Radio (FamilyNet Radio).

Mr. Simpson co-authored My Will Book, an instructional book on estate planning published by Sterling Publishing (2007) (a subsidiary of Barnes & Noble) and distributed nationally.
