David L. Black is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Department. Mr. Black's litigation practice involves the representation of both individuals and businesses in the areas of real estate and commercial litigation. His practice includes prosecuting and defending a wide variety of contractual claims, employment issues, and business disputes. Mr. Black has experience in the state and federal court systems, as well as alternative dispute resolution.
