Julie McAllister
Julie McAllister is a paralegal in the firm's Real Estate Transactions and Corporate Law & Business Planning Departments.
Ms. McAllister is involved in both real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing transactions, and is responsible for review and resolution of title and survey issues, entity formations, preparation and organization of documents necessary for the closing of transactions, and generalized corporate housekeeping duties.
Ms. McAllister received her Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice and her Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002. Ms. McAllister also received a certificate in Law and Liberal Arts, as well as a certificate in Dispute Management and Resolution, from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002.
