Jill Ormond
Jill M. Ormond is a paralegal in the firm's Real Estate Transactions and Corporate Law & Business Planning Departments.
Ms. Ormond is involved in real estate and corporate acquisitions, sales and financing from inception through closing, including the formation of the appropriate ownership entity, i.e., corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, review and resolution of all title and survey issues, and preparing and organizing documents necessary for consummation of the transaction.
Ms. Ormond received her Bachelor of Arts from Temple University in 1994 and her ABA approved Paralegal Certificate from Villanova University in April, 1998.
