Deborah Arbuckle
Deborah Arbuckle is a paralegal with the firm's Land Use, Zoning and Development Department. Her focus areas are land use, land development, zoning and related litigation.
Ms. Arbuckle brings 30 years of legal experience to the firm. Prior to joining Kaplin Stewart in 1999, Ms. Arbuckle was employed with Berlinger & Small, a firm concentrating in domestic and general litigations matters.
Ms. Arbuckle obtained her Paralegal Certificate in the Fall of 1994 from Penn State University.
Ms. Arbuckle is the First Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Paralegal Association and is active on its Outreach Committee. She is also a member of the National Federal Paralegal Association.
