A. Lynne Scott
Lynne Scott is a paralegal in the firm's Litigation and Construction Law Departments. Ms. Scott works with a variety of construction and litigation matters, including preparation of Pennsylvania Mechanics' Liens and New Jersey Construction Liens, asset identification, execution on judgments, legal research of construction-related issues, the administration of surety bond claims and the organization of complex construction cases for arbitration and trial utilizing automated document management software.
Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Ms. Scott was a construction paralegal at the firm of Korn & Cohn, P.C. where she performed construction law and litigation duties for approximately nine years. Ms. Scott brings over fifteen years of construction-related litigation experience and a combined twenty-two years of litigation experience to the firm.
Ms. Scott has assisted attorneys at trial in the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has attended numerous seminars in the construction field, which include advanced judgment enforcement and construction claims, and Mechanics' Lien and Bond Claim seminars conducted by the firm for local and national construction organizations.
Ms. Scott obtained her paralegal certificate with highest distinction from Penn State University in the fall of 1991, graduating three months ahead of her class. She also earned a certificate from a local Philadelphia business school.
