Wendi Kapustin is a Planning Specialist in the firm's Land Use, Zoning & Development Department. Ms. Kapustin is responsible for handling a wide variety of zoning and land use matters, including analysis of zoning ordinances, preparation of ordinance amendments, preparation of zoning applications and zoning challenges, preparation of court appeals and related actions and legal research of zoning-related issues.

Ms. Kapustin received a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University in 1980, a paralegal certificate from the Institute for Paralegal Training in 1981 and a Master of Science in Community and Regional Planning from Temple University in 2006 and is an American Institute Certified Planner. She is presently serving a three-year term as a member of the Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County Planning Commission and is a member of the American Planning Association, Pennsylvania Planning Association and Urban Land Institute.

Prior to joining Kaplin Stewart, Ms. Kapustin was employed as a litigation paralegal with the firm of Kramer & Salus from 1981-1986. Ms. Kapustin joined Kaplin Stewart's Land Use, Zoning & Development Department in August of 1986. She brings over twenty years of zoning-related experience and a combined twenty-six years of litigation experience to the firm.

Ms. Kapustin lives in Upper Dublin with her husband and son.
