Mohammad A. Ghiasuddin is a member of the firm's Construction & Surety Law and Business & Commercial Litigation departments. Mr. Ghiasuddin's litigation practice involves representation of a variety of businesses in the construction industry, including developers, general contractors, construction managers, trade contractors, design professionals, insurers and bonding companies. His diverse practice includes contractual disputes, bond claims, construction defect issues, product liability matters and premises liability actions. His scope is not limited to the construction industry, as his cases involve a wide range of other areas including asset purchase agreements, hospital law, matters involving public entities, franchising and consumer credit. Mr. Ghiasuddin has extensive experience in state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitrations and mediations. In addition to litigation, Mr. Ghiasuddin regularly advises clients in negotiating and implementing contracts.
