Matthew A. Cosenza is a principal of the firm and is a member of the Real Estate Transactions Department. Mr. Cosenza concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions, and has extensive experience in the area of real estate finance including acquisition, construction, leasehold, and securitized financing. In addition, his practice includes acquisitions and dispositions of real property, office and retail leasing, and various other complex contractual matters.
Mr. Cosenza's practice concentrates on practical solutions to completing transactions and he provides his client with business advice as well as legal solutions.
