Barbara Anisko is a principal of the firm and a member of its Commercial Litigation and Land Use & Zoning Departments. Ms. Anisko has significant lead counsel experience in matters involving commercial disputes, real estate transaction disputes, land development disputes, land use and zoning disputes, eminent domain and condemnation claims, constitutional property rights claims, and claims against state, county and municipal governments and agencies. She represents corporations, partnerships and individuals in litigation matters in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, and in New Jersey and other states. Ms. Anisko acts as counsel to various businesses and entities. She is a lecturer and gives seminars on various topics including property rights and land use and real estate law.
